Terms and conditions

All information, products and services displayed on the Sunmica bazaar website constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Sunmica bazaar website has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.

 

In order to use the Sunmica bazaar  website belonging to  you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

 

You (The User) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the website of  sunmicabazaar.com.

 

  1. We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate.

 

  1. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

  1. Sunmica bazaar will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on sunmica bazaar .This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, or under any other cause of action.

 

  1. Sunmica bazaar will take “Full Responsibility” of your Order to be delivered to the exact address but the shipping cost would vary from place to place, the shipping cost would depend on the distance and would be variable.

 

  1. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the owner.
  2. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on sunmica bazaar shall not be entertained.

 

  1. Sunmica bazaar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

 

  1. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by sunmica bazaar for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

 

  1. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Sunmica bazaar reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Sunmica bazaar has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of Sunmica bazaar without prior intimation whatsoever.

 

10Sunmica bazaar will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

 

  1. Sunmica bazaar shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered.

12. The rates and shipping rates mentioned on the website are subject to New Delhi only. The rates and shipping charges              would be different for different cities.

13. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of {store_country}. The Courts at {store_state} shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Replacement/ Return Policy by {store_url}

In 7 days except the following:
1. Products perishable in nature
2. Gift Certificates
3. Items that have been used or opened
4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.
7. Jewelry [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]
8. Electronics and Mobiles [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Our Return Policy:
• Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
• In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
• In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither {store_url} nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Refund Policy by {store_url}

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given

Cases of customer demanding refunds:
• Refund will be 90% of Order Cost, in case of customer don’t want suitable and available replacement of product • In express-orders only 90% refund will be given, If the delivery address is out-side the service area

WE OFFER SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
